Return Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional items that cannot be returned:

* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game , cassette tape or vinyl record that was opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Gifts

- Currently the 6inch control panel support below devices :Light Switches , Sockets, plugs, Lighting products, Curtains(not curtain switch), Air Conditioner(not IR remote),Thermostat,fresh air ventilator, door magnetics,temperature and himidity sensors,PIR,gas alarm sensor,water sensors,SOS.Clothes hangers, etc,And its keep updating for more products;
- Currently doesn't Support:Cameras(video doorbells), IR remote control,Modules(like switch module, dimmer module, curtain module) , Dimmer switch, cutain switch, not built-in Alexa and google assistant;
- The control panel is latest product, we will update the verion monthly to integrate more products through OTA Upgrade, please contact us first if you have problem for product integration.
